Full hull protection and antifouling system for a 50,000 DWT container vessel. The vinyl ester glass flake coating on the underwater hull extended the maintenance interval from 5 to 10 years.

Metro Rail Viaduct — Anti-Carbonation System
Full anti-carbonation treatment of 12 km of pre-stressed concrete metro viaduct structures. The elastomeric system provides flexible crack-bridging protection with a 15-year service life.

Offshore Production Platform — Structural Protection
Comprehensive corrosion protection of an offshore production platform including topside structures, splash zone, and sub-structure using a 4-coat system engineered for the highly aggressive offshore environment.

Chemical Plant — Acid Storage Tank Lining
Interior lining of 12 acid storage tanks including H₂SO₄, HCl, and Ammonia vessels using Francolor's vinyl ester glass flake system, replacing a competitor system that had failed prematurely.

Coastal Wind Farm — Tower Protection System
External and internal protection of 80 wind turbine towers at a 200 MW coastal wind energy project. The system was engineered for C4 corrosivity category (high, coastal) with 15+ year design life.

Municipal Water Treatment Plant — Tank Lining
Potable water approved lining system applied to 8 large filtration and storage tanks at a 200 MLD water treatment facility, replacing aging coal tar epoxy linings.

Integrated Steel Plant — Industrial Coating Programme
Comprehensive protective coating programme for a major integrated steel plant covering structural steelwork, process vessels, pipe racks, and storage tanks across a 3-year maintenance cycle.

Gas Power Plant — Exhaust Stack Lining
Internal lining of chimney flue gas ducting and exhaust stacks using chemical-resistant, high-temperature coating systems designed for exposure to wet sulphur dioxide and particulate-laden gases.
